1. General Terms
- These Terms & Conditions apply to all car and home rentals made through Inspired Rentals.
- By booking with us, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age for car rentals and at least 18 years of age for property bookings.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Car Rentals
2.1 Driver Requirements
- Drivers must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
- Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge.
- The vehicle may only be used for lawful personal transportation.
- No smoking or vaping is allowed in the vehicle.
- Pets are only allowed with prior approval.
2.3 Fuel Policy
- Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when picked up. A refueling fee may apply otherwise.
2.4 Damages & Liability
- Renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period.
- A security deposit may be required and will be refunded upon safe return of the vehicle.
3. Home Rentals
3.1 House Rules
- No smoking or parties allowed unless otherwise specified.
- Pets must be disclosed during booking; fees may apply.
- Guests must follow all posted rules and community guidelines.
3.2 Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in is after 3:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Late check-outs may incur additional charges.
3.3 Damages
- Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items during their stay.
- A security deposit may be required and will be refunded pending inspection.
4. Payments & Cancellations
4.1 Payment Terms
- Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
- We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods.
4.2 Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the policy of the specific booking.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the start date may not be eligible for a refund.

- Your information is handled with care and will not be shared with third parties except as required to complete your booking or comply with legal obligations.

6. Limitation of Liability
- Inspired Rentals is not liable for personal injury, property damage, delays, or losses incurred during the use of our vehicles or properties.
- Guests assume all risk associated with the use of our services.
7. Changes to Terms
- Inspired Rentals reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
